There is a pressure control setting and the pump flow actuator ring can be done either way, a differential pressure that goes over an orifice or directional control valve. The pump only lets out enough fluid that the actuator needs.. On the differential pressure most readings are 200 PSI. If you need another setting, change it. When you have a port such as X is unloading to the tank and it gives off a zero stroke pressure that gives off these values. On Standby of p=260 +- 30 psi and all this is reliant on your settings. The control data for the pressure control shows maximum flow when at drive speed at 1500 RPM.
